Being the retro toy lovers that we are, we’ve amassed a big amount of (crap) stuff over the years. Because we old, ya´know…

Some of our rooms were in need of a little TLC and we figured what better way to do that than displaying our trinkets for all our guests to admire…After a couple of weeks of hard work here we are with the evidence to show you that it doesn´t get quirkier than us.

– A survival guide for newbies – Once upon a time, we weren’t nerdy. Really, we actually were the quarterback and the captain of the cheerleading squad. No science club for us but founding and perpetual members of the “smoking behind the school building” club. We did not spend our Saturday evenings painting Warhammer and had plenty of dates to choose for prom. The Arcade: First Contact. Haaaaave you met Lesley?

It’s a little family what we have going on here at The Arcade. And because we want you to get to know us better, we decided to feature our staff members in a series called “The Arcade: First Contact”. You already know we are no friends of conventionalisms, so we figured out what a better way to start this series than from the very bottom, meaning our last addition to the bunch. Lesley arrived a couple of weeks ago but he’s already turned our worlds upside down. His enthusiasm is contagious and he seems to fear nothing, not even the longest most eventful night shift! He’s also a very smart cookie that realized that being a lover of all things video games,  movies, and pop culture, The Arcade..
